Microbiology class students will have the opportunity to join various learning and training programs, guided directly by lecturers who are experts in their respective fields, with an international standard curriculum. This Microbiology class aims to teach students in depth about microbiology, which is a combination of biology and chemistry.
This course teaches students about the role of bioprocess or microbiology in everyday life, the application of microbiology in industry, and drawing growth curves of microorganisms. Students are expected to be able to understand the basic concepts of introductory bioprocess or mycobiology, make and prepare microbial growth media, and calculate the growth of microorganisms in a medium.
This Microbiology class has been specifically designed to meet the needs of new Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) students.
