Vegetable Oil class students will have the opportunity to join various learning and training programs, guided directly by lecturers who are experts in their respective fields, with an international standard curriculum. This Vegetable Oil class aims to give students an in-depth understanding of vegetable oils, including their processing.
This course teaches students about the concept of technology in the preparation of vegetable oils, the concept of refining technology from vegetable oils, and the concept of vegetable oil fractionation technology and the preparation of vegetable oils as oleochemical raw materials.
This Vegetable Oil class has been specifically designed to meet the needs of new students of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU).
