Post Doctoral

As part of USU's initiative to improve its global ranking and position itself as a world-class university, it is crucial to design internationally oriented programs that also address national challenges. One such initiative is the Postdoctoral Fellowship Program, designed for both national and international academics. This program is expected to expand national and international academic networks and significantly impact key indicators in the QS WUR/AUR rankings, such as the number of publications and USU's academic reputation. As one of Indonesia's leading universities, USU fully supports government initiatives, including the Postdoctoral Program, aimed at enhancing the competencies of university lecturers. Various policies have been introduced to welcome young doctoral graduates from outside USU to further develop their expertise through joint research and international publications under the guidance of USU's senior mentors. The Postdoctoral Program is expected to strengthen USU's internationalization efforts and foster long-term academic networks.
