After remarks from both parties, PT KAI began a presentation introducing PT KAI. In the presentation, they explained that they take care of passengers and goods that can be transported by train, such as cement, fuel, containers, and others. PT KAI also has six subsidiaries: KAI Service, KAI Tourism, KAI Airport, KAI Logistics, KAI Commuter, and KAI Property.

In this meeting, USU and PT KAI discussed what cooperation could be carried out and what both parties could obtain special offers. From PT KAI, there is a special offer for USU, namely a 10% discount for USU groups of at least 20 people if they want to rent a train (executive and business). The price will depend on the distance from the station to the next station. USU also offers special cooperation with PT KAI, such as the MBKM program, research, thematic internships, practical lecturers, and others. PT KAI will also give a public lecture on PT KAI marketing.
