The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Universitas Sumatera Utara and the Hajjah Rachmah Nasution Foundation was held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, in the Rector's Conference Room. The MoU was signed by the Rector of USU, Prof. H. M. Mahyuzar Nasution.

On this occasion, Muryanto gave his remarks and explained that he still did not know what kind of cooperation could be carried out between USU and the Hajjah Rachmah Nasution Foundation; therefore, a meeting would be held between the two parties to discuss the form of cooperation that could be carried out.
