Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Si., attended and explained USU's involvement in the 75th NAFSA Annual Conference & Expo to collaborate with universities in other countries. USU collaborated with two other universities, first with California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) and Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, Germany (LUBS). Two collaborations are carried out with California State University San Bernardino; first, there will be a student exchange between the two universities; in this activity, USU students will get a discount. Secondly, a discussion will be held regarding the Dual Degree (2 + 2 Transfer Articulation Program); in this activity, the study program to be taken and curriculum exploration will be decided.
With Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, Germany (LUBS), cooperation will be carried out in which USU will host LUBS to complete one semester at USU. For this activity, USU must choose a study program that complies with LUBS' International Human Resources Management and Organization regulations.
Muryanto said that USU participated in NAFSA for the first time because it was considered very important to introduce USU to the international academic community and as a way to accelerate adaptation to change, as the meaning of "Transformation Towards the Ultimate."
