Meanwhile, from PT SMART Tbk., the attendees included the Head of HR Upstream, Ricky Delimarta, Head of HR CBS, Lilianawati, HR of Upstream Admin Team Lead, Stephanandra Senna Pradana, and Pradjina Dewi Y.
This collaboration covers various fields, one of which is providing internship opportunities for USU students at PT SMART Tbk. This internship program is expected to provide valuable work experience for students while strengthening the connection between the academic world and the industry.
During the event, Lilianawati, Head of HR CBS at PT SMART Tbk., gave a speech on behalf of the company. She expressed gratitude for the opportunity to collaborate with USU and hoped that the MBKM Partner Internship program initiated could contribute positively to the development of USU students' competencies. Liliana stated that the company welcomes this collaboration and is ready to support the development of USU students' competencies through the internship program. "We are very excited to collaborate with Universitas Sumatera Utara. This internship program provides opportunities for students to learn and helps us find young, talented individuals," she said.
USU Rector, Prof. Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Si., thanked PT SMART Tbk. for the established partnership in his speech. "This collaboration opens up opportunities for our students to gain practical experience in the industry, which is very important in preparing them for the workforce," he said.

The signing of this MoU marks the beginning of various broader collaborative initiatives between USU and PT SMART Tbk., where both parties are committed to continually strengthening their relationship in education, research, and community service.
