This audience's agenda includes discussions about collaboration through programs that can support each other between USU and PT Flora Agung. The main focus of the discussion was exploring opportunities for cooperation in the fields of internship programs for USU students and workforce recruitment for graduates ready to enter the industrial world. Both parties agreed to develop a broader and more general draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), accommodating various collaborative activities between USU and PT Flora Agung.

On this occasion, USU also proposed that PT Flora Agung consider a scholarship program as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) to support the education of outstanding USU students. The offer was welcomed by PT Flora Agung, who stated that it would consider the scholarship program an effort to make a real contribution to the education of the younger generation.

Dr. Arida Susilowati said that collaboration with companies like PT Flora Agung will open up more opportunities for USU students to gain hands-on experience in the industry, broaden their horizons, and improve their practical skills. "We hope that through this collaboration, USU students will not only get useful internship opportunities but also scholarship support and the opportunity to join PT Flora Agung after graduation," she said.
