This is the background for this collaboration, and we hope it will be the first step in building global connectivity for USU students," he said.

The event is planned to feature 70 companies from China that will set up recruitment booths at USU. With the presence of these major companies, USU students and alumni are expected to have easier access to available job opportunities. Additionally, the companies will provide information about the qualifications and skills needed in today's job market.

In addition to the Career Expo, there will be a Talkshow featuring the Indonesian Minister of Manpower. This event will be held at the USU Pavilion and is open to USU students and alumni, as well as several other universities that will be specially invited by USU. The Talkshow will discuss various employment issues, global industry trends, and career opportunities for university graduates.

During the discussion, technical aspects related to the event's organization were also addressed, including participant registration schemes, job selection mechanisms, and the layout arrangement of the 70 company booths to effectively integrate with the Talkshow activities. To ensure the event runs optimally, USU will hold follow-up meetings to discuss technical aspects in more detail, including the use of facilities and coordination with USU Assets regarding the use of venues and equipment.

With the Career Expo and Talkshow USU X Haibin, it is hoped that USU students and alumni will gain broader access to the job market and receive direct insights from industry leaders and employment policy makers in Indonesia. Additionally, this event serves as a momentum for USU to strengthen international collaboration networks and enhance the competitiveness of its graduates in the global job market.
