M. Ikbal Subekti, Head of the Internal Audit Division, and Syawaluddin, Department head of Engineering MSAL Group, represented the MSAL delegation. He has previously collaborated with one of the employee recruitment information for USU students, showing commitment to supporting the career development of USU graduates.
However, although a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has already been agreed between USU and MSAL, the document has not yet been officially signed by the USU Rector. This visit aims to explore further cooperation plans covering various strategic areas.
MSAL expressed its intention to conduct collaborative research with USU, provide internship opportunities for USU students, and develop other cooperation related to the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
As a symbol of appreciation and commitment to this collaboration, MSAL gave a charter to USU Vice Rector III, Prof. Poppy. The event ended with a group photo session, which marked the positive spirit and great expectations from both parties for the future of closer cooperation.
The visit ended with a discussion of the concrete steps to be taken to realize the cooperation, including scheduling the signing of the MoU by the USU Rector. Both parties agreed to continue communicating and cooperating in various fields that can support national development through synergy between academia and industry.
