Also attending the meeting were Yuni Wibowo (Head of Sub-Division of LPDP Research Funding Service Development), Marsya Nilam Kesuma (LPDP), Irbah Nurjihan (LPDP), Fajar Rinaldy Dewantara (Directorate of Higher Education Institutions), Oktarina Kurnianingsih (Directorate of Higher Education Institutions), Director of the Directorate of Internationalization and Global Partnerships, Prof. Dr. Eng. Himsar Ambarita, M.T., and the Head of the USU Bureau of Finance, Surya Darma, S.Sos.
On the first day, the meeting focused on the financial evaluation of the DAPT program throughout 2023. Yuni Wibowo emphasized the importance of a thorough evaluation before signing the contract for the next period. "Contract signing should not take place before we complete this evaluation. We must ensure that all funds are used effectively and as planned," she said.

Discussions also included time flexibility for programs that follow the international calendar, such as summer courses. "We propose flexibility for international programs that require longer preparation. This needs to be considered so that the program can run smoothly without sacrificing quality," said Prof.Dr.Eng. Himsar Ambarita, M.T, director of the USU Directorate of Internationalization and Global Partnerships.
The second day of the meeting focused on achieving the substance of the DAPT program throughout 2023, which targets the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This is one of USU's priorities and supporting international rankings such as QS and THE World University Rankings. "USU has selected three main SDGs that will be our focus going forward. We will strive to support QS and THE rankings by increasing the ratio of lecturers to students, one of which is by adding 100 non-civil servant lecturers," said Prof. Poppy.

In addition, the ERISPro system update was also one of the issues discussed. Some program outcome information has yet to be entirely listed in the system, and it is recommended that documents be uploaded directly without using dynamic links such as Google Drive. "This system must be optimized with complete and detailed data so that we can monitor the program's progress effectively," said Fajar Rinaldy Dewantara from the Higher Education Institution Directorate.
Regarding the Sabbatical Leave (SL) Program, the target participants have yet to be reached due to a lack of human resources, although the funds have been used up. "We will add one co-funding participant so that the target of five participants can be achieved, even without additional funding," explained Prof. Himsar.

Regarding postdoctoral programs, two planned positions have yet to be implemented due to constraints on research permits. In addition, USU plans to write to DIKTI to make revisions to the initial proposal, such as deleting the inappropriate Conference section and adding the BPRI section. "We will immediately write to DIKTI to submit this revision, and DIKTI will forward the request to LPDP," said Prof. Himsar.
With these steps, USU hopes to continue improving the achievement of the DAPT program, strengthening internationalization efforts through SDGs, and ensuring that each program runs according to plan.
