Chemical Plant Management

Students of the Chemical Plant Management class will have the opportunity to join various kinds of learning and training programs guided directly by lecturers who are experts in their respective fields, with an international standard curriculum. This Chemical Plant Management class aims to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the management process in chemical plants.

About Course

This course discusses the management process and activities in chemical plants, leadership science, and the use of a netor plan. Students are expected to be able to formulate bar chart scheduling, resource, and cost analysis using PERT, CPM, and Gantt chart methods.
