Foodpreneurship

Students of the Foodpreneurship class will have the opportunity to join various learning and training programs guided directly by lecturers who are experts in their respective fields, with an international standard curriculum. This Foodpreneurship class aims to develop students' ability to apply the principles of developing new food products by utilizing soft skills such as tenacity, creativity, and innovation.

About Course

The course focuses on introducing and developing skills in understanding culinary business principles, where students are empowered to apply creativity, innovation, and tenacity in designing, packaging, and marketing new food products. They are also encouraged to understand aspects of entrepreneurship, including business management, planning, and risk analysis.
