International Civil Law

Students of the International Civil Law class will have the opportunity to join various kinds of learning and training programs guided directly by lecturers who are experts in their respective fields, with an international standard curriculum. This International Civil Law class aims to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the concepts and principles of civil law that apply internationally.

About Course

This course describes and explains the concepts, principles, and rules in dealing with legal issues relating to foreign countries. In this class, students will be expected to be able to identify principles, theories, legal arguments, and legal norms related to international dispute resolution. In addition, they are expected to be able to apply International Civil Law in resolving legal cases involving the international community.

This International Civil Law class has been specifically designed to meet the needs of new Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) students. Students from Universities that partner with USU can easily access International Civil Law learning at one of Indonesia's international universities.
